Our Online Stress Management course has also gained approval by IIRSM, and helps you or your employees to deal with their stress at work whenever they need to and feel more in control. This means a more productive workforce.
If you need to purchase in multiples, the course can also be tailored for your own company specifications and hosted on your own Learning Management Sysyem (LMS) if thats more convenient for you. Our Learning design team will work with you to curate relevant content.

The online course contains engaging multimedia activities including 5 videos. It is hosted by Abi Lucas PsychD PhD CPsychol AFBPsS, a Clinical Psychologist who works in partnership with organisations to manage their staff health and wellbeing. It will enable people to:
- identify stress symptoms and recognise when it is impacting them negatively
- help them to manage their response to stress
- take control and do something about their initial reactions to stress
Assessments

There is no formal assessment on the toolkit, instead the toolkit will equip you with the right skills to take control and manage your own stress levels.
Employers have access to the LMS reporting system as a way of managing employee use, engagement and reporting purposes.
