IOSH Safety for Executives and Directors provides people with strategic responsibilities with the knowledge and skills to integrate health and safety strategy into their business and management systems and procedures.
It is based on the HSE/IoD guidance to ensure health and safety management as an integral part of effective management and leadership. It also covers the Corporate Manslaughter and Homicide legislation and its implications for Senior Managers and Directors.
It involves a personal commitment (action plan) relating to the learning on the course; you must write up to three actions that you commit to taking in your workplace appropriate to your level of responsibility.
On successful completion of the action plan your will receive an IOSH approved certificate.
