Mental Health Advocate
Our Mental Health Advocate course empowers individuals to proactively support mental wellbeing at work. In just one day, learners gain the confidence and practical skills to start meaningful conversations, reduce stigma, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Delivered in partnership with St John Ambulance, this course complements Mental Health First Aid provision by focusing on early intervention, peer support, and everyday wellbeing conversations.
Why Choose Mental Health Advocate Training?
Mental Health Advocates play a key role in shaping workplace culture - supporting colleagues before issues escalate and helping to normalise conversations around mental health.
Unlike Mental Health First Aiders, who may focus on crisis response, Advocates act as visible champions for wellbeing, creating a more open, supportive environment.
Ideal for:
-
Individuals who want to actively support mental wellbeing at work.
-
Employees interested in becoming wellbeing champions.
-
Line managers and team leaders.
-
Organisations looking to strengthen their wellbeing culture.
-
Anyone passionate about promoting positive mental health
No prior training is required — just a willingness to support others and create positive change.
