Astutis launch the Virtual Classroom NEBOSH Diploma qualification.

May 2021

As technology has stepped in to play a key role in every sphere, be it education or business, Astutis has harnessed the technology for professional excellence.

To enable the delivery of the new course syllabus, Astutis has recently launched the NEBOSH Diploma for Occupational Health and Safety Management Professionals qualification in the form of a Virtual Classroom.

Ruth Williams, Head of Marketing, Astutis said:

''Many of our learners wish to undertake the new Diploma syllabus but want the structured support that a tutor provides but don’t have the time to attend an open course.

Our virtual courses are taught by a tutor as they would be in a classroom environment, and often by the same qualified tutor who would have delivered the face-to-face training.

Among the many benefits of a virtual education, a live virtual classroom gives learners greater freedom to engage with the easily accessible pdf course notes.”

In a recent study of learning benefits, undertaken by Astutis in December 2020, 75% of customers believed a live virtual classroom course was also a good way to advance their education whilst in employment, as the learning sessions allow for greater flexibility and convenience.

Ruth commented:

''It’s also important to note that although the virtual delivery method is different, the qualification content is exactly the same as the classroom versions, and as always, our tutors are on hand throughout the course to help and advice our learners.

The new NEBOSH Diploma provides successful learners with the knowledge and practical application they need to perform as a leading health and safety professional of the future.

Available in National and International options, this advanced health and safety qualification supports academic and career progression. The new syllabus covers technical application as well as the professional skills.
