The NEBOSH HSE Introduction to Incident Investigation is assessed with a practical assessment, you will complete this at the end of the course. You will be provided with a pack of evidence including three witness interview videos.

You will be asked to review the evidence, evaluate each interview and produce an action plan that will help prevent a recurrence of an incident.

NEBOSH HSE Introduction to Incident Investigation Exam Process

At the end of the course you will complete a 60 minute practical assessment.  You will be provided with a pack of evidence and shown a video of three witness interviews. Upon evaluation of the interviews, you will need to produce an action plan that will help prevent a recurrence of an incident. 

 

Exam Day

If you are studying the course either on-site or virtually through your company, the assessment will be arranged for you alongside your course, and will be taken at the end of your days' learning.

 

Your NEBOSH HSE Introduction to Incident Investigation Exam Results

You will receive your results within 24 working days from completion of your assessment, and provided you are successful, your certificate usually arrives within 6-8 weeks of receiving your result.
