Third of workers doing jobs they are not qualified for

In today’s ever changing workplace it’s now more important than ever to keep up with the latest developments in your industry, as research shows that 50% of employee skills become outdated in 3 years¹.

In a recent survey, over one third of employees said that they are trying to do jobs they aren’t professionally trained for due to cutbacks in their organisation (Thirdforce).
