98% of Astutis Learners Would Recommend Us

Astutis are delighted to say that 98% of our learners would recommend us as a training provider to other learners. 

This comes off the back of a learner survey issued to 2724 learners. Out of the 2724, 2662 learners said they would recommend Astutis to others. 

We are ecstatic to hear the hard work we put in as a health, safety and environmental training provider is valued by our learners. Our mission to accommodate every need of our learners was a pivotal reason for Astutis being awarded a Platinum Customer Service Award from Feefo.

We are delighted that our learners relish their experience with us.

In a recent survey of over two thousand of our customers, 98% of you told us you were satisfied or more than satisfied with the service you received. Many companies would be happy about that; we are not. We hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards. For the two percent of customers for whom our service may have fallen short, we have listened to your feedback and are intent on doing something about it."
