Astutis Achieve Feefo Platinum Trusted Award Status

We are incredibly proud to announce we have been bestowed the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, the highest customer service status rating attainable at Feefo. 

Feefo is one of the world's leading online rating systems where customers (or learners) can evaluate businesses and organisations based on their experience with them. It serves to collect user reviews in an effort to truly reflect how well a organisation engages with its customer in both service and performance. 

Astutis have been with Feefo for several years, and to attain the Feefo Trusted Service Platinum Award, organisations must sustain a customer service rating between 4.5-5 for three consecutive years. As of January 2023, we have recently been notified that we have achieved Platinum status, confirming that our standard of customer service is, in the words of Feefo "world class". 

We are delighted our learners recognise the sustained efforts we input in delivering exemplary customer service and we would like to thank them for taking time out of their schedule to assess their experience with us. Our efforts are now focused on ensuring we continue to sustain the trust and gratification of our partners and learners for years to come.

I had some extra support with the assessments and that was greatly received. The admin team were efficient and friendly especially Leanne. Online courses and self study juggled around home life is always challenging."
