• Open course and online provision to allow individual delegates to attend IOSH, NEBOSH and ISEP, formerly known as IEMA, accredited courses. 
• In company training for groups of delegates at Compass Group, Compass Group client sites and via the virtual classroom, comprising a mix of IOSH and NEBOSH accredited courses and tailored training solutions.
• Specialist health and safety consultancy support.

Client Management

The relationship with Compass Group has been built and maintained through close liaison between the Account Manager and members of the Compass Group Health and Safety Management Team and the Safety Managers and Advisors within specific divisions or contracts. In the case of every in-company training project, an initial meeting takes place prior to delivery to ensure a clear understanding of the aims and objectives of the training, the needs of the target audience and the environment in which they are working at the client site. This allows the opportunity to tailor course content and delivery style to meet the needs of the delegates, the inclusion of client or site specific documentation if required and references to internal policies and procedures as appropriate.

In the case of public courses, all Astutis public course advisors are fully briefed and kept up to speed by the Account Manager to ensure Compass Group staff are provided with a consistent and seamless standard of service, irrespective of whom they speak with at Astutis to manage their individual training need effectively.
