Astutis face to face training policy for public courses

Welcoming learners back to the classroom

We are pleased to welcome our learners back to our Astutis training venues throughout the UK. With health and safety as our top priority, we are working closely with our venues and have introduced enhanced, preventative health and safety measures to ensure you and our staff feel safe to attend our classroom courses and to network once again with your peers and our highly experienced tutors.

Preparing for your attendance

With government guidance on COVID control measures subject to change, we ask that you check any local quarantine rules and any travel restrictions before travelling to one of our training venues. We will update you immediately if there are any changes to your scheduled course.

Public courses hosted at training venues

Working in partnership with our training venues, we have introduced enhanced, preventative health and safety measures to ensure that our staff and participants feel safe. This includes:

  • Available hand sanitiser
  • Physical distancing guidelines
  • Food safety protocols
  • Dedicated zone for Astutis learners
  • Regular sanitization of common touch points
  • Limited capacity

Each of our venues have prepared individual COVID-19 policies that are publicly available on their websites. A copy of the venue policy is available on request and is also available on arrival at the venue. Please read these carefully and ensure that you agree with them before signing up to the course.

Each venue has a code of conduct which you must adhere to for the safety of yourself and others. Your course tutor will be full versed with the code of conduct as well as the control measures in place. If you have any questions, or feel unsafe, please talk with your course tutor.

If you believe that you are symptomatic, you must adhere to government guidelines regarding self-isolation, and notify your tutor or Astutis immediately as to not endanger others.

With regards to face coverings, please ensure that you are following government guidance, and venue requirements when it comes to when and where to wear these coverings.

NHS track and trace

The venue will be adhering to the governments track and trace app. Please ensure you follow the venues advice and sign in using the location via the NHS track and trace app. Astutis will also be collecting this data separately on the course.
