Who is IOSH Managing Safely ECITB module 4 for?
For any person with supervisory or management responsibility for health, safety and the environment, especially those with little previous training.
It is also for Supervisors and Managers in the engineering and construction sectors who want to develop their role as part of the 'Supervisor Competence Framework'.

Course assessment and IOSH certificate
There is a 45 minute multiple choice test at the end of the course and a workplace health and safety risk assessment. These must be completed within 2 weeks of doing the test in order to pass.
Upon successful completion of the assessment you will receive the IOSH Certificate.
What next?
The next step in the Supervisor Development Programme is the Senior Supervisor Training which lasts around 18 months leading to the Chartered Management Institute Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. Information about this training is available from the ECITB.
