Global Recognition for Astutis' Live Chat Service

We are proud to announce that Astutis, has received global recognition for its commitment to customer service through its Live Chat service and has been awarded the Live Chat Customer Excellence Award 2022.

Astutis launched its Live Chat instant messaging in January 2020 and expanded the service in 2021 to cover seven days a week as well as an out-of-hours service during the evenings, bank holidays and national holidays. All chats are handled by our human Customer First Team. With 31,500 chats undertaken since it launched, we are proud to have maintained our customer chat satisfaction level at 96% - that’s 30,240 thumbs up from the most important people in our business, our customers!

Our Live Chat uses innovative technology to support our customers get the best experience out of our website as well as our international website Live Chat, the provider of the technology, was impressed by our efficiency on how quickly chats were answered as well as the quality of the service delivery. This is the second year that Astutis have received their service recognition award.
