Astutis Takes the Double: Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2024

Astutis, part of Wilmington plc, a leader in Heath, Safety and Environmental training, has been awarded the prestigious Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2024 for the second year running. This highly coveted accolade serves to recognise outstanding excellence in business, and Astutis has been recognised for repeatedly delivering an unmatched customer experience.

Feefo began the Trusted Service Awards to acknowledge brands on their platform for verified reviews, showcasing exceptional feedback from satisfied customers. This award stands out for its ability to authentically recognise world-class customer service by evaluating real customer experiences.

The Platinum Award is a monumental achievement and is only given to businesses that maintain Gold standard recognition for three consecutive years. To qualify for the Gold standard, companies must achieve a Feefo service rating between 4.5 and 4.9 – which requires an unrelenting commitment to putting the customer’s experience first.

I failed the first time because someone(marker) didn't understand the guideline and the second marker did mentioned something different. Good study material and content."
