Astutis Take Pride in the 'Diverse Sustainability Initiative'

June 2022


Pride Month is celebrated every June, and we're proud to show our support for our LGBTQIA+ customers and employees.

Although pride is an important moment in the year for the LGBTQIA+ community, we make sure that we support it all year round, not just in June.

Astutis is a proud partner of the 'Diverse Sustainability Initiative', a sector-wide collaborative programme of work with a vision to address and transform diversity within the sustainability profession and wider environment sector.

By being part of the initiative, Astutis has made a public commitment to improve diversity within our industry, being accountable and making a positive difference to bring about change. 

Although this is a long-term goal, the purpose is to enhance diversity through education, connection, and transparency to support current professionals and increase appeal and access for future and potential specialists. The journey starts with racial diversity and has expanded into LGBTQIA+, gender and physical ability.

As a company, we have created a LGBTQIA+ friendly workplace where inclusion, diversity and quality are of the utmost priority. As well as all our employees undertaking equality and diversity training, we are also driving the diversity agenda in partnership with IEMA to make an impact in our marketplace”.
