Terms and Conditions: The Astutis 5-Day Festive Challenge 2023

Eligibility: The "5-Day Festive Challenge: Find the Penguin" competition (the "Competition") is open to all participants aged 18 and above, except employees of Astutis and their immediate families.

Entry: To enter the Competition, participants must visit the Astutis.com website and locate the hidden image of a penguin. Once found, participants should click on the penguin image, which will direct them to an entry form. Only one entry per participant is allowed each day. Participants are welcome to enter the competition every day. The first person to find the Penguin wins £25 Amazon e-gift voucher. All entrants are also entered into a free prize draw to win £25 Amazon e-gift voucher at the end of the competitional also. 

Duration: The Competition will commence on Monday 18 December 2023 at 10:00 (UK time) and conclude on 22 December at 16:00 (UK time). Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

Prize: The winner will receive £25 Amazon e-gift voucher. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

Winner Selection: The daily winner will be the first person to find the Penguin. An additional winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received before the closing date. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form within 2-days after the closing date. 

Publicity: By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy: Any personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent.

Disqualification: Astutis reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or deemed inappropriate. Astutis also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or acts in a manner that is fraudulent or dishonest.

General Conditions: Astutis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of [Company Name], which are final and binding.

Governing Law: The Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By participating in the Competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
