5.0 Excluded Products: Customized courses; bespoke requirements and multiple purchase agreements at an already discounted rate.

6.0 Discount Code: Any advertised coupon code on the online store is not case sensitive.

7.0 Purchase of a training course using any discount code is acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

8.0 Only one Discount Code can be used in any single transaction. Discount Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Discount Codes may not be re-sold. No cash alternatives will be offered. Discount Codes will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.

9.0 If you require a refund on a course purchased using a Discount Code or pre-sale discounted price, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product/service, subject to applicable refund policies.
