The Astutis leadership team and staff continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation as updated by GOV.UK, and in conjunction with advice from the Department of Health and Social Care, Public Health England and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
As a result, we have cancelled all classroom courses effective 18 March 2020 until 01May 2021. We are in the process of contacting all affected learners and transitioning courses to online, virtual classroom or rescheduled classroom courses.
The online and virtual classroom courses will be available during this period, as well as the opportunity to defer your study. If you are currently enrolled in a course after 01 May 2021 we ask you please wait for advice regarding the status of your course.
Our classroom training courses post 01 May 2021 are currently running as planned. If you make a personal decision to cancel out of concern, the existing cancellation refund policy will apply, however we will work with you to explore alternative learning options.
As per the current government directive, we have mandated all our staff to remote working from home. The quickest way of contacting us is via live chat on our website, although you can still telephone us on 0345 241 3685, via email firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form on the website. Our opening times remain the same as usual (8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday) and we remain committed to responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
The welfare of our learners and our staff remains the highest priority. For us, it is business as usual, just in a different way. We have customers to support, and many projects to deliver. Remember we are always on hand to help you with any questions you might have.
