3.0 Promotional Period: General sale from Wednesday 19 November 2025 to midnight Monday 01 December 2025.
4.0 Applicable countries: The discount code is open to residents of any country.
5.0 Discount Code: The discount code on the online store is not case sensitive.
6.0 Purchase of a training course using the discount code is acceptance of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
7.0 Only one Discount Code can be used in any single transaction. Discount Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Discount Codes may not be re-sold. No cash alternatives will be offered. Discount Codes will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.
8.0 Corporate discount agreements for multiple-seat purchases are not eligible for an additional discount.
9.0 If you require a refund on a course purchased using a Discount Code, your refund will equal the amount you paid for the product/service, subject to applicable refund policies.
10.0 Astutis reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to disqualify any person whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of the offer.
11.0 Astutis accepts no responsibility for failure of any person to redeem a Discount Code, as a result of any third party’s network, hardware or software failure of any kind.
12.0 Astutis reserves the right to alter or cancel this offer or update and/or amend these terms and conditions at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
13.0 In the event of a dispute, the decision by Astutis is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered.
14.0 To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms and conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales the contract between each customer and Astutis shall be deemed to have been formed and performed in the UK.
