Astutis Welcomes New Online Tutor

January 2017

Following on from the success of our NEBOSH Diploma Online Webinars, Astutis is continuing to expand on the support we offer our online learners with the recruitment of Natasha Thomson, our brand new Online Tutor. 

Natasha has over 10 years’ experience as an Essential Skills tutor, NVQ Assessor and private tutor, supporting learners from a wide range of industries including health and safety, retail, health and social care, hospitality and manufacturing. 

Natasha will be providing IOSH and NEBOSH Certificate online learners with specialist, dedicated tutor support when they need it, as well as offering advice and guidance on successful completion of the course. Natasha’s role sees her:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support via email, webchat and phone 
  • Answer individual learner queries on course content or exams
  • Generate hot topic conversations in our online discussion forums 
  • Provide revision support 
  • Mark and provide valuable feedback on mock exams

On joining Astutis, Natasha commented:

I always aim to put the learner first, at ease and find a way of learning that they are comfortable with, to ensure a positive outcome for them and the company.
