Astutis Learners Receive 2022 NEBOSH Graduation Awards
The weather was up and down, but the results were exquisite.
On Monday 05 September 2022, Birmingham's Symphony Hall hosted the long-awaited NEBOSH Graduation 2022. This year's graduation accounted for three years of study, hard work and success.
It was an early start to cater for the largest NEBOSH graduation on record. With preparations made months before, it was our goal to capture the pride and achievement of our incredible learners.
A total of 248 Astutis graduates donned their gowns over two jam-packed ceremonies. 650 graduates were there, with an exclusive few awarded special awards from NEBOSH for their exemplary study. Astutis were proud to train four of those award winners, and we were ecstatic to be able to catch them on their special day.

Simon Steel - The David Morris Award for Best Candidate in the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management Professionals.
"The course afforded me lots of flexibility in being able it fit around my life. There were sacrifices made. But the course gave me massive confidence in my ability and technical knowledge. The Diploma was a requirement for my current role, so without it, I wouldn't be where I am today".

Kris Yorke - The Ed Ferrett Award for the Best Candidate for the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety 2021 -2022.
"I've been looking forward to this day for a long time. It feels pretty amazing. I got 97% on my examinations. I used the majority of the twenty-four hours given, and I just took my time. In the end, it became like a game. I just ensured every answer I gave could not be refuted. Astutis tutors knew their stuff which made it easier".

Howard Coney -The Award for the Best Candidate for the NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management Professionals (Unit DNI)
"It was a real surprise to get the award. I got a good mark in my Unit DNI. Surprisingly, I found it to be the most challenging part of the course. I invested a lot of time and effort into it. It's amazing to say it has paid off, and it is a very nice surprise to be given the award. The course was tough, but I came away with new skills, knowledge and tools that I've been able to use at work. It's extremely rewarding".
Neil Dotti – The Richard Booth Award for the Best Candidate for the NEBOSH Diploma for Occupational Health and Safety Management Professionals (Unit B) 2021-2022.

We could not be prouder of the amazing effort our learners continue to make towards their training. The NEBOSH Graduation is designed to not only be the culmination of that effort, but it also serves to showcase their wonderful achievements. We cannot wait for the next graduation!
