Astutis, a division of Wilmington plc, has won the Feefo Platinum Service Award 2025 for the third year in a row - an award that signifies outstanding excellence in customer service in businesses. We continue to be thrilled that our longstanding commitment to delivering an unmatched customer experience is recognised across the industry.

Feefo began the Trusted Service Awards to acknowledge brands on their platform for verified reviews, showcasing exceptional feedback from satisfied customers. This award stands out for its ability to authentically recognise world-class customer service by evaluating real customer experiences.

Working with over 6,500 brands, Feefo is the world's largest provider of verified reviews, helping both brands and consumers make better decisions, and enabling brands to deliver more personalised experiences.   

The Feefo Platinum Award is a monumental achievement and is only presented to businesses that maintain Gold standard recognition for three consecutive years. From that point forward, a Platinum Award follows every year that a Feefo service rating between 4.5 and 5 is maintained. Our track record proves our unrelenting commitment to putting our customers first.
