The role

Our team are passionate about online marketing and lead generation and we are uber excited to be recruiting a talented Digital Marketing Executive. You will report directly to our Digital Marketing Specialist, and will be responsible for driving our digital marketing and advertising activities across the Astutis business. Could this be you?

Key responsibilities

  • Driving and championing our integrated campaigns plans across social, email, SMS, display and PPC
  • Build and dispatch of outbound email campaigns through Hubspot for acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Harvesting and cleansing of SAGE CRM data for campaign deployment
  • Multiple website maintenance and link building
  • Multiple website updates via CMS; provide recommendations to optimise organic search performance
  • Working closely with the front-end teams to ensure all website content is kept up to date and creating sales collateral
  • Coordinating with the sales team to make sure all promotions are set up and activated at the relevant time
  • Key involvement in the internal LMS and new website development projects
  • Feefo and Google review support

The candidate

  • Proven track record in a Digital Marketing role (in-house or agency)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and principles (desirable)
  • Previous experience of working with a content management system (Kentico/Wordpress)
  • Experience of using Adobe photoshop
  • Marketing related qualification
  • CIM/ IDM or equivalent qualification desirable not essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills; effective communicator at all levels (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience using Marketing Automation platforms such as Hubspot
  • Experience in using Google Analytics, Adobe CC, Publisher, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a great eye for detail
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
