A consumer is defined in regulation 4 as 'an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual's trade, business, craft or profession'.
The Regulations came into force on 13 June 2014 and apply to contracts entered into on or after that date.
Your right to cancel a service made at a distance starts the moment you enter into the contract and lasts for 14 days starting the day after you entered into the contract.
If you want to download digital content or start a classroom course within the 14 day cancellation period you must agree to waive your cancellation rights.
In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must let us know in writing by email, letter, website enquiry form or using the online cancellation form.
If you cancel your booking, we reserve the right to charge you any costs incurred.
