Astutis is pleased to expand its presence in Scotland with more NEBOSH, IOSH and IEMA courses at centres in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen. Our two new members to our Scottish account management team are well placed to help all our clients find the best learning solution.
Andy Morrell joins as Account Manager for Scotland and is based in Edinburgh. He has worked predominantly in health and safety training since 2007 having already worked with the Astutis management team. Qualified in the NEBOSH Certificate, he is very experienced working with companies in diverse sectors across Scotland to find the best training to meet their needs, based on his background.
Andy comments, “I am looking forward to developing the Scottish region and reacquainting myself with new and old customers. I am thrilled, as our customers will be, to see how Astutis has evolved to offer a wider range of successful courses to suit peoples' busy lives.”
Andy's free time pursuits
In between spending time with his family, Andy loves to have spinning and cycling adventures and his most recent cycle challenge was a night ride from Carlisle to Edinburgh 100 miles in 6 hours. Not bad!
Our new Course Advisor to the Scottish team is Rhys Hart has a background in training teams, brings his vast experience of working in customer services management. Currently studying the NEBOSH Certificate, he will bring a fresh perspective to any questions he has from people enquiring about scheduled courses in Aberdeen, Dunfermline, Edinburgh or Glasgow and as well as e-learning. Did you know?
He also has another string to his bow having played the guitar in a rock band for 7 years, doing shows and radio interviews all over the UK, shooting music videos, and also starting his own record label. He has fond memories of nights spent in Scotland, in sleeping bags on the floor above the music hall of Bannerman’s in Edinburgh, one of the most popular underground music venues in the city.
