This new IEMA Certificate course is ideal for people who are already or aspire to be, working within environmental management. It offers those with a relevant foundation level of knowledge, but need an in-depth understanding of environmental/sustainable principles and management tools. Learners will be able to competently use these new skills in their organisation to create effective improvements.
Achieving this new qualification provides the platform to achieve Environmental Practitioner level status.
If you take the IEMA Associate Certificate between 1 January 2017 and 30 June 2017 you will need to take an assessment of competence before applying for Practitioner Membership of IEMA. Read more on the changes to the IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management course.
Once you have successfully completed all 4 modules and all assessments, you will have met the IEMA Practitioner membership standard. A certificate of course completion and IEMA Practitioner membership will be provided as soon as you have registered and paid the fees.
